If you call us, message us on WhatsApp, or meet our team for a site visit, we keep the contact details and notes needed to quote for and carry out that work.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. We do not knowingly collect details from children.

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a free site visit, prepare a quotation, carry out the installation you book, and provide after-sales support such as warranty service.

Enquiries are stored in our private enquiry inbox, which only our team can open, and are also emailed to yplinvisiblegrill@gmail.com so we can reply quickly.

We do not sell or rent your details to anyone. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Only YPL Safety Nets team members who need them to answer you and do the work can see your enquiry. Our website and email providers process the data on our behalf purely to store and deliver it.

We share your details outside our team only when it is needed to complete your installation (for example, confirming a site visit with you by phone) or when the law requires it.
