Separate product and installation cover
A product warranty may cover a specified cable or coating, while an installation warranty may address workmanship. They are not necessarily the same promise. We do not state a fixed warranty length here because coverage depends on the actual quoted product and written terms.
Read the details before booking
Ask for the start date, duration, covered components, exclusions for coastal exposure or damage, required maintenance and who pays for inspection, removal and refitting. Keep the invoice and the material specification along with the warranty document.
If you need to make a claim
Photograph the whole opening and the problem without disturbing the fitting. Contact the provider with the invoice and warranty terms; ask for an inspection if there is movement or damage. Do not rely on a visibly damaged section as a barrier while a claim is being reviewed.
